To secure your appointment, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the overall services you are booking for.

A text and/or email will be sent with instructions on how to do so once we have booked you into our system.

If you change your mind on the type of service you want at the time of your appointment, and the new total is less than what you originally booked for, you will be charged 50% of your first total in addition to your new total.

(For example; if you booked a custom lightening service for $510, and you sent a deposit of $255 — your remainder total would be $255 before changing your services. Now, 50% of $255 is $127.50 which would be added to your new total. If you have any questions about this, please contact a Blend team member and we will be happy to explain further).

To avoid any penalties, please make any changes to your appointment 48hrs in advance.

 

Deposits are non-refundable and transferable only once. Any transferable deposit can be used within a 2 month grace period starting from the initial service date. (For example; if you’ve booked an appointment for January 01st and need to reschedule, you have between January 01st to March 01st to transfer your deposit and reschedule your appointment.)

 

NEW CLIENTS are required to fill out the "New Client Consultation Form" and may also be asked to book a consultation before booking any appointments.

 

Clients that require a "Colour Correction" are asked to book an in-person consultation first before booking an appointment.

 

Our clients may be required to sign a waiver form that releases Blend Society and its staff from any liabilities or damages to your hair, personal belongings, and clothing during your appointment with us.

There will be a “Payment Processing Fee” when using your card on file, and/or our in-suite terminal. This fee is implemented to provide our clients with online bookings, sending deposits to secure appointments, and appointment management.

cancellation, late & no shows

Please let your stylist know 48 hrs in advance of any rescheduling, cancellations or changes to your appointment/services. If a 48hr notice of any appointment changes is not received, your stylist will do their best to accommodate. In case of a no-show, your deposit will be VOID. You will also be asked to pay 100% of the total of your next hair service before rebooking

 

Please arrive to the salon suite 5-10 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your full service will be done on that same day. Your stylist will try their best to accommodate if and when they can, but due to our scheduling layout, we may have to cancel your appointment and a new deposit fee will apply in order to rebook your next appointment. In the case of your stylist accommodating you, they will perform which ever service they can fit within their schedule, but if they cannot finish the full service, the client will still be charged for the full service that was initially booked.

refunds 

Be honest with us! If you aren't 100% satisfied with your hair, let us know and we will be happy to fix it! For any corrections/adjustments to your cut/colour, please let us know within the 14 day period from your initial service date.

If your service was discounted, then you may be subject to charges on any changes to your look depending on the scenario. Due to the nature of our services, there will be no refund granted.
